Overview
Quote Maker Pro is billed per business: one product catalog, one service setup, one lead stream, and one shareable quote funnel. We want you to put that funnel wherever your customers already are—Facebook, Instagram, your website, texts, or a Google Business profile.
This Fair Use Policy explains normal, encouraged use versus misuse that harms the Service or other customers (for example, using one subscription to run many unrelated brands, or abusing SMS, maps, or AI in ways that drive unreasonable cost).
What a Business Includes
Each paid business includes:
- One business profile (name, optional website URL, service area, AI instructions). The service area is a drive radius from your business center, capped at 150 miles (US) or 250 km (Canada and other non-US addresses). That cap is meant for a real day’s drive, not a national lead net.
- One product/service catalog and related settings
- One shareable quote linkthat you may place on social media, bios, email, print, or anywhere else
- Leads and quotes associated with that business in your dashboard
Sharing the same business’s link across many channels is allowed and expected. Adding a second brand, location, or catalog with separate pricing and leads requires another business on your subscription.
Acceptable Use
Examples of fair use include:
- Using one business’s quote link on Facebook, Instagram, your website, SMS, and print marketing for that same business
- Legitimate end-customer quote sessions (placing products, SMS verification, submitting quotes)
- Normal owner testing of your own quote flow (preview / test tools in your account)
- Reasonable volume for a home-service business generating real sales leads
- Purchasing additional businesses when you operate multiple brands or locations
Prohibited Use
Without limitation, you may not:
- Use a single subscription to provide the Service as a white-label or multi-tenant platform for multiple independent companies that should each be separate businesses
- Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by us in writing
- Automate, scrape, or script quote flows, SMS verification, maps, or AI report generation in a way that is not ordinary end-customer use
- Abuse SMS verification, maps, AI, or email systems (for example bulk OTP requests, synthetic traffic, or attempts to bypass rate limits)
- Interfere with, disrupt, or probe the Service, or attempt to circumvent billing, authentication, or usage controls
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purposes
Limits & Enforcement
To protect reliability and cost for all customers, we may apply technical limits (including rate limits on verification codes, quote submissions, maps usage, and AI features). Limits may vary by plan, traffic patterns, or abuse risk.
If we reasonably believe your use violates this Fair Use Policy or the Terms, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate access, require you to purchase additional businesses, or take other steps we consider appropriate. We will try to contact the account owner when practical, but we are not obligated to provide advance notice where urgent action is needed to protect the Service.
“Unlimited quotes” and similar marketing language mean no per-lead fees under ordinary commercial use of your paid businesses—not permission to run automated or abusive load against our systems.
