Overview
Quote Maker Pro is billed per business. You get one catalog, one service area, one dashboard for quotes, and one quote link. Put that link wherever that business already shows up: Facebook, Instagram, your website, texts, print, or a Google Business profile. That is ordinary use, and it is what the product is for.
This page tells you what one paid business covers. Share the link. Use it for real jobs. If you run more than one brand or location, add another business on your plan.
What a Business Includes
Each paid business includes:
- One business profile (name, optional website, service area, and related settings). The service area is a drive radius from your business center, capped at 150 miles (US) or 250 km (Canada and other non-US addresses). That is a real day’s drive, for work you would actually take.
- One product and service catalog, plus related settings
- One shareable quote link you can put on social media, bios, email, print, or anywhere else
- Quotes and leads for that business, in your dashboard
Sharing the same business’s link across many channels is allowed and expected. A second brand, location, or catalog with its own pricing and leads needs another business on your subscription.
Acceptable Use
You are in the clear when you:
- Use one business’s quote link on Facebook, Instagram, your website, texts, and print for that same business
- Let real customers place work on the map, confirm a phone number, and send a quote
- Test your own quote flow with the preview tools in your account
- Generate a normal volume of real sales leads for a home-service business
- Add more businesses when you run more than one brand or location
Prohibited Use
Stay within the plan you paid for. You may not:
- Run other companies, extra brands, or extra locations off a single paid business when each should have its own
- Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the Service unless we have said so in writing
- Use the product in ways that are not real customers quoting real jobs for that business
- Try to get around billing, login, or account limits
- Interfere with the Service for other customers
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing
Limits & Enforcement
We may apply technical limits so the Service stays reliable for everyone. Those limits can vary by plan and traffic.
If we reasonably believe your use goes outside this policy or the Terms, we may slow the account, pause it, close it, or ask you to add businesses. We will try to reach the account owner when we can. We may act first when we need to protect the Service.
“Unlimited quotes” means no per-lead fees for ordinary commercial use of your paid businesses. It does not turn off the rest of this policy.
